Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) – MedTech

About the role

The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) provides specialized clinical product support, technical assistance, and training to physicians and EP lab staff on Biosense Webster catheter systems and equipment. This role contributes to business objectives by ensuring optimal product utilization and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support and training on BW catheter systems, CARTO® System, software modules, and RF generators during procedures.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities and increase awareness of BW solutions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, field service engineers, and internal partners to maximize customer case support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product instructions, best practices, clinical literature, and new developments.
• Respond daily to customer inquiries via email and voicemail and manage administrative activities such as documentation and expense reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Clinical Support Specialist in Electrophysiology and Electroanatomical Mapping.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, work in hospital laboratory environments, and wear protective equipment.

Required skills

• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac imaging, and electrophysiology technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
