Clinical Liaison & Patient Conversion – Regenerative Medicine

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Liaison & Patient Conversion Specialist to connect prospective patients with our cutting‑edge regenerative medicine programs. You will guide patients from their first scientific inquiry through to a confirmed clinical appointment, ensuring a compassionate and informed experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage national and international patient leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email as the first point of contact.
• Translate complex regenerative‑medicine concepts into clear, empathetic information for patients.
• Coordinate the patient journey, addressing medical questions, managing objections, and supporting informed decisions.
• Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled clinical appointments while meeting KPI targets.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and tracking within the company CRM.

Required profile

• Technical, associate or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Biology or a related field (mandatory).
• Advanced fluency in English (C1 minimum) for international patient communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in patient coordination, clinical advisory, medical tourism or premium healthcare environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain biomedical data ethically.
• Results‑driven mindset comfortable handling high volumes of digital interactions.

Required skills

• Experience with medical CRM systems and pipeline management.
