Clinical Project Manager – Oncology (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

The Clinical Project Manager – Oncology will lead a remote clinical operations team supporting US‑based monitoring initiatives. This fully remote position is based in Colombia and focuses on delivering oncology clinical trials from start‑up through closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and oversee a team of approximately four Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), ensuring accountability and professional development.
• Manage end‑to‑end clinical trial operations for US‑based remote monitoring projects, including start‑up, execution and closeout.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for US senior leadership, cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements and study protocols while monitoring timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Trial Manager within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Demonstrated oncology clinical research experience.
• Previous experience as a CRA or Senior CRA is strongly preferred.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Based in Colombia and eligible to work remotely.
