Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Colombia)

About the role

You will be a practitioner on Intellect’s telehealth platform, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is freelance and fully remote, allowing you to set your own business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite when needed) mental health support to Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if required is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, or similar modalities.
