Clinical Supply Chain Manager – Remote (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)

About the role

The position provides customer‑focused leadership of operational and financial aspects of clinical trial supplies management throughout the project life cycle, supporting studies across EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Manages clinical trial supplies for assigned studies ensuring compliance with GMP, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Leads vendor selection, contracting and management to meet deliverables and financial parameters.
• Oversees inventory, supply and resupply plans for subject kits and study medication, providing reports to customers and management.
• Develops and maintains drug and supply distribution plans, ensuring trial master file readiness and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field.
• Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting in project management or clinical trial supplies management.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
