Cloud Platform Lead – Hybrid Bogotá

About the role

Integralis Group is looking for a Cloud Platform Lead in Bogotá, working in a hybrid 3x2 schedule in the Montevideo industrial zone. The role covers technology strategy and transformation, planning, designing and executing robust multi-cloud architectures (mainly Azure and OCI) so that every deployed solution meets business needs. It calls for a profile that is 60% technical and 40% transformation-oriented, with a regional impact of more than 1,000 users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the evolution of the technology architecture, aligning Cloud, modernization, automation and AI initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Ensure availability, performance, scalability, resilience and security of platforms, and compliance with technical, governance and security standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, define architecture standards and patterns, and advise internal clients and teams.
• Lead the technology transformation roadmap, prioritizing Cloud modernization, automation, AI and intelligent agents.
• Design, document and migrate applications, services and infrastructure to the cloud, including API and service-oriented architecture.
• Define architecture directives, monitoring, observability, security and cost control, and evaluate optimization opportunities.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilots for generative AI, and define automation and CI/CD strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technology infrastructure, with at least 3 years in Cloud platforms (Azure and OCI) and experience in transformation, modernization, automation and AI adoption.
• Certifications in Cloud architectures (Azure, OCI) are desirable.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2-C1).

• Core: networking, storage, databases, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Security: IAM, security policies, cryptography, perimeter security.
• CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Generative AI and AI tool familiarity (co-pilots, AI assistants, agent-based tools).

What we offer

• Permanent position with a salary of $14,000,000 to $17,000,000 depending on experience.
