Cluster Revenue Chief

About the role

As a Cluster Revenue Chief you will lead revenue management across multiple hotels, ensuring optimal pricing, inventory control and demand forecasting to maximize profitability while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will collaborate with front‑office leaders, analyze market trends and guide your team to achieve sell‑out targets. The role combines strategic analysis with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory and pricing, reviewing room accommodations, rate inventory and group cut‑off dates based on demand trends.
• Optimize sell‑out strategies in partnership with Front Office leadership to balance daily inventory.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings to evaluate booking trends, pricing strategies and market opportunities.
• Analyze performance reports, monitor booking pace and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain annual transient pricing across all booking channels.
• Forecast weekly, monthly and annual revenue and demand to maximize revenue.
• Track competitor pricing, market events and demand indicators to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel management or revenue management.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast demand and make strategic pricing decisions.
