Cocinero – Kitchen Cook for Aviation Catering

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cocinero to join our kitchen team in Bogota. The role supports our Sky Dining and Airport Dining services, ensuring every meal meets the highest standards of quality, safety and taste.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all quality, food safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
• Implement established quality protocols and maintain documentation.
• Execute daily cleaning and disinfection schedules for the kitchen, equipment and raw materials.
• Prepare, label and record daily sample controls for all food items.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver consistent culinary service.
