About the role
Join a fast‑growing kids coding franchise as a Coding Instructor. You will guide children aged 7‑14 through a fun, game‑based curriculum that builds confidence and problem‑solving skills.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and deliver the Code Ninjas curriculum to students.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Assess each child’s skill level and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Provide feedback to parents after sessions or tours.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning the dojo to corporate standards.
- Report progress to the Center Assistant Manager and daily activities to the Center Manager.
Required profile
- Experience working with children 7 years and older (mentoring, tutoring, coaching, etc.).
- Comfortable interacting with the general public.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn coding concepts quickly.
