Commercial Analyst

About the role

PRGX, a provider of source-to-pay data analytics and software and of tech-enabled profit recovery services, is hiring a full-time Commercial Analyst. The role works with client data to identify errors and recover revenue through audits and claims review. Candidates must be authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship and speak fluent English and/or French.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits without supervision using client data to identify errors and recover revenue
• Produce claims and review contracts, agreements, paperwork and electronic documents
• Analyse problems in the client's claims procedure and business operations using audit concepts
• Perform quality control audits behind less experienced auditors and share best practices
• Provide training to less experienced auditors and staff
• Build relationships with vendors and give senior-level input and research on claims challenged by the client
• Assist in designing project tools and develop new audit concepts to increase revenues
• Recommend, develop and implement changes in operations, audit activities, processes and tools

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional business experience in accounting or auditing-related work
• Fluent English and/or French (B2+)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods, type, read screens and documents, and handle light items; good speech and hearing for calls and meetings

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint (pivot tables, queries)
• Understanding of AR, AP and procurement functions
• Proficiency with core ERP systems and ability to learn new systems quickly
