About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Commercial Growth Specialist to join a leading U.S.-based staffing firm that provides creative and digital talent solutions. Based in Medellín with a hybrid work model, you will support the company’s expansion by generating new business and nurturing relationships with U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Qualify leads, build pipelines, and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with U.S.‑based clients.
• Proactive, organized, and goal‑oriented mindset.
