About the role

We are seeking a fully bilingual Commercial Growth Specialist to drive new business for a leading U.S.-based staffing firm that supplies creative and digital talent to marketing, design, UI/UX, and creative services clients. The role is ideal for energetic, sales‑driven professionals who thrive on outbound prospecting and building relationships with U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold‑calling to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Support the sales pipeline by updating CRM notes and tracking activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance business growth initiatives.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and bilingual capability.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold‑calling.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and phone presence.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, goal‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
