Commercial Quality Analyst – Mexico

About the role

The Commercial Quality Analyst will support quality activities for commercial operations in the Mexican market, ensuring that sales, distribution and post‑market processes meet regulatory and internal standards. This position directly contributes to patient safety, regulatory compliance and business continuity while working closely with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial quality activities to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations, quality system standards and internal policies.
• Assist with post‑market surveillance, including complaint handling, adverse event reporting and field‑action support.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliant product distribution and lifecycle management.
• Implement and follow global and local quality procedures, work instructions and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial quality or regulatory activities within the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements and quality system standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
