Communicational Designer – Remote (English)

About the role

VIP Medical Group, a leader in vein disease and pain management, is seeking a proactive Communicational Designer to join its fully remote marketing team. The role focuses on creating and refining patient‑facing materials while ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Quality Assurance – proofread grammar, typos and layout before final printing.
• Asset Creation & Organization – design new marketing pieces and keep existing brand assets well‑organized.
• Team Collaboration – work with Art Directors and internal teammates to brainstorm and execute ideas that improve the patient journey and generate leads.
• Logistics Support – manage timelines and ordering of printed materials for multiple clinics.
• Reporting – prepare project or performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2‑C1 level).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic, Editorial or Communicational Designer.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑starter attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
