Communications Marketing Lead - Latin America

About the role

Vantage is hiring a Communications Marketing Lead for its Latin America region, based in Colombia. The role ensures that marketing communications and activities are executed flawlessly in line with the global brand strategy, adapted to the cultural and market realities of Latin America, and supports both awareness and demand generation.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and localize global messages and assets for Latin America, keeping brand consistent across all channels and touchpoints
• Plan, coordinate and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars and digital campaigns, managing logistics and vendors to maximize ROI
• Create region-specific content for social media, public relations and internal communications, working with the Technical Marketing Lead to integrate technical stories into public-facing materials
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to support demand generation aligned with the GTM plan and business objectives

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in communications, brand management or marketing, ideally in multinational B2B or consumer industries; experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in event management, content development and digital campaigns, with proven ability to adapt global strategies to regional execution
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, and excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional, multicultural environments and to embody the company's values
