About the role
The Compensation Analyst will support the execution of compensation programs for DePuy Synthes in Bogotá, ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and process delivery. This position offers exposure to compensation cycles, analytics, and HR systems within a global organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support salary review and incentive cycles, following established procedures.
- Maintain and update compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
- Validate data, conduct audits, and resolve issues to ensure high‑quality reporting.
- Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Assist with market pricing, benchmarking activities, and survey data preparation.
- Respond to routine compensation inquiries and escalate when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
