Concierge Account Manager – Creator & Studio Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Concierge Account Manager to support and grow our creator and studio partners on our global clip marketplace platform. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, optimizing store performance and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned creators and studios, tailoring strategies to meet their goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including metadata organization, scheduling, clip images and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement content strategies to improve visibility, engagement and revenue.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Ensure all content complies with platform guidelines and address issues before escalation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Partnerships, Creator Relations, Compliance, Product, Support) to resolve issues and share best practices.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills to optimise creator performance.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in account management, client support or content operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
