Construction Coordinator – Bilingual Spanish/English (U.S. Residential)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Construction Coordinator to support U.S. residential construction projects. The role involves daily communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and Spanish‑speaking field crews, ensuring smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish‑speaking field crews.
• Request, compare and track subcontractor and material quotes.
• Maintain contracts, insurance certificates, W‑9s and lien waivers.
• Follow up on deliveries, material orders and schedule inspections and permits.
• Update project schedules, logs and Asana tasks.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and keep project documentation organized.
• Assist in resolving day‑to‑day construction issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting U.S. residential construction.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
