Construction Manager

About the role

Gladness HR Consultancy is recruiting a Construction Manager who will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including planning, organizing and supervising site operations so that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors and monitor progress against project schedules
• Manage resources and materials
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Enforce construction safety protocols and resolve on-site issues
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives

Required profile

• 7-10 years of construction experience in a superintendent or construction management role
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience managing construction projects, preferably residential

Required skills

• Supervisory skills: team leadership, performance monitoring and on-site coordination
• Budgeting and project control to manage costs, track expenditures and keep schedules
• Construction and construction safety knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and implement safety procedures
