Construction Project Coordinator (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are seeking an organized Construction Project Coordinator based in Latin America to support our Project Managers. The role is 100% remote, full‑time, and involves extensive client‑facing communication to confirm project scopes and ensure smooth hand‑off to the Project Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming quote requests and job awards, spending roughly 50% of time on client‑facing calls.
• Review and validate project documentation, set up initial project files, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, track schedules and budgets, and verify completed documentation for internal audit.
• Collaborate weekly with Project Managers to provide updates on file progress and billing status.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Solid background in the construction industry in a coordinator, assistant, or similar administrative role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent for high‑volume phone interactions.
• Reliable, noise‑free home office with high‑speed internet and backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard business software for drafting correspondence, generating reports, and managing data.
