Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The role involves coordinating activities, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site personnel to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, address delays, issues, or risks, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and hold meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, approve invoices, and track costs.
• Prepare and present status reports to management and clients.
• Coordinate permit applications, inspections, and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Experience with project management software and construction scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
