Consultant III - AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

OFI Services helps organizations transform their operations through Artificial Intelligence, Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation. It is looking for a Consultant III to lead client engagements, design innovative solutions and deliver measurable business value. The role combines technical expertise, consulting skills and strong stakeholder management, and is based in Colombia in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements.
• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design AI, automation and process mining solutions.
• Work directly with international clients and executive stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design and proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI, automation or process mining initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English (B2+ or C1).

Required skills

• Preferred: SQL, Python, Process Mining (Celonis preferred)
• Preferred: Power BI or Tableau
• Preferred: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), APIs and integrations, Git, Agile (Scrum)
