Consultant, Learning & Development Client Services

About the role

The Consultant, Learning & Development partners with Client Services leaders to identify workforce capability needs and design learning and AI enablement solutions that drive proficiency, adoption, and business outcomes. This hybrid position works across Change & Enablement, Talent Management, Visa University, and other cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess workforce capability gaps, design skills frameworks, proficiency models, and capability assessments.
• Develop and deliver scalable learning experiences, adoption programs, and performance support resources.
• Design and implement AI enablement solutions to enhance employee effectiveness.
• Define success measures, evaluation strategies, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce capability strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Workforce Development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to consult with business stakeholders and translate objectives into capability solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in a complex, global, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Performance consulting, adult learning, human‑centered design, and behavior change methodologies.
• Design of skills frameworks, proficiency models, and capability assessments.
• AI enablement and digital learning tool utilization.
