About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Trainer to join UnifyCX’s new Barranquilla location. You will design and deliver engaging on‑site and virtual training for new hires and existing agents, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff, both in‑person and virtually.
- Create knowledge checks, course materials, and teaching aids to assess readiness.
- Track training completion, test results, and provide feedback to management.
- Support agents on the production floor during nesting and address ongoing learning needs.
- Collaborate with training management to identify new training requirements and recommend resources.
- Foster a positive, interactive learning environment and coach team members to meet performance goals.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of adult learning or training experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting with frequent interruptions.
- Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
