Content & Audience Revenue Manager

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a commercially‑focused leader to turn its web, social and newsletter audiences into measurable revenue. Reporting to senior leadership, the Content & Audience Revenue Manager will design and execute a content‑to‑revenue engine across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the content‑to‑revenue strategy across website, social, SEO, email and creator channels.
• Convert website traffic into enquiries, leads, affiliate clicks, sponsor value and email subscribers.
• Turn social reach into owned audience, vendor demand, partnerships and measurable revenue.
• Develop commercial content packages for venues, vendors, sponsors, tourism boards, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, travel and luxury brands.
• Lead content pillars such as destination wedding guides, luxury venue features, real weddings, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, honeymoon and cultural weddings.
• Use AI tools to improve content production, repurposing, briefing, tagging and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with CRM and data teams to capture first‑party audience data (wedding date, destination, budget, guest count, vendor needs).
• Manage freelancers, creators, editors and production partners.
• Track performance and make decisions based on revenue rather than vanity metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content‑driven revenue initiatives in a digital media or luxury brand environment.
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to translate audience insights into commercial outcomes.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with sales, partnerships, growth, data and creative teams.
• Strategic thinker comfortable navigating a fast‑changing media landscape.
