Content Lead – AI‑Powered Health Coaching App

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Content Lead to shape the content experience for its AI‑powered health coaching apps, Simple and Kova. In this high‑impact position you will own the content roadmap, create and refine in‑app articles, videos, guides and short‑form formats, and ensure content drives activation, engagement and long‑term behaviour change.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the content roadmap aligned with product strategy, user insights and quarterly priorities.
• Partner with product managers and cross‑functional teams to embed content across onboarding, coaching journeys, habit‑formation interventions, copy, workbooks and printable guides.
• Produce high‑quality in‑app articles, behaviour‑change content, videos, scripts, guides and social formats, working hands‑on with a content manager.
• Build and lead a lean, AI‑first content function, creating efficient editorial workflows, QA systems and documentation.
• Leverage advanced photo and video editing tools and AI‑enhanced platforms to scale production and expand creative possibilities.
• Develop and execute short‑form content strategy for in‑app engagement across demographics.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, analyse performance data and run structured A/B tests to optimise content.
• Ensure all content is inclusive, evidence‑based, compliant and grounded in behaviour‑science best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, creation and production within a consumer digital product.
• 1‑3+ years leading a content team or function.
• Proven track record of developing content roadmaps tied to product metrics such as activation and retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and interpreting data.
