Continuous Improvement Analyst

About the role

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst you will help sustain and evolve the continuous‑improvement system for the assigned business lines, ensuring processes are standardized, efficient and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver induction, recurrent and specific training on problem‑solving tools, lean leadership and improvement methodologies.
• Maintain fluid communication with station teams and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Support root‑cause analysis for customer complaints and guide stations through corrective actions.
• Conduct field work to standardize processes, gather data, and analyze problems.
• Continuously seek alternatives to improve processes using tools established by headquarters.

Required profile

• Strong orientation toward teamwork, focus and discipline.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with station personnel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis and process standardization.
