About the role
Join Roche as a Continuous Improvement Intern and support the optimization of administrative and logistical processes. You will work on projects that drive efficiency, automate workflows, and provide data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead optimization projects, focusing on process automation and efficiency gains.
- Support administrative and logistical functions such as procurement, supplier evaluation, event closures, internal communications, and contract management.
- Use SAP and similar platforms for procurement, master data, purchasing, and contracting activities.
- Analyze data, create detailed reports, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Availability to work full‑time during the internship period.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP (procurement, master data, purchasing, contracting modules).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Data analysis and KPI measurement capabilities.
