Contributor Relations Manager

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Contributor Relations Manager in Bogota. The role has two main mandates: building relationships with financial institutions and banks in South America to support data contributions, and providing expert support to LSEG's over-the-counter and contributed data content offerings. The position involves customer service for data contributors, identifying potential contributors and building relationships with them.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with data contributors through regular contact by email, phone and meetings
• Expand the contributor base to increase contributed data coverage
• Propose new content enhancements and strategies based on continuous engagement with contributor firms
• Showcase the value of contributed pricing content to internal commercial teams, contributors, clients and prospects
• Work with the sales and account management team to find potential contributors and design contributed data solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field
• Knowledge of local market fundamentals or financial information services, with a focus on over-the-counter pricing
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive work ethic and ability to build a wide internal and external network
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the financial sector
