Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Controlling Analyst will support the Andean Region Business Controller by preparing, validating and analysing financial and operational data for Yara's Cartagena Plant and the surrounding market units. This position ensures accurate reporting, monitors investments and projects, and provides insights to local, regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate and analyse financial and operational information for the Cartagena Plant and Andean Market Units.
• Execute recurring controlling processes on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Monitor investment performance and project progress, preparing regular performance reports.
• Transform data from multiple sources into consistent, traceable reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, commercial and corporate teams to improve reporting processes.
