Controlling Analyst

About the role

IDEMIA Secure Transactions is looking for a Controlling Analyst to join its team in Bogotá. The role contributes to monitoring and improving financial performance, partnering with business leaders to support informed decisions and drive profitability and cash performance. The position is based at the Edificio Brickell Center in Bogotá with hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial closing and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, KPIs and performance indicators
• Monitor actual results against budget and forecast, explaining relevant variances
• Support budget preparation, forecasting and periodic performance reviews
• Assist in preparing financial analyses and business cases
• Monitor expenses, cost allocation and purchase order approvals in line with budget guidelines
• Work with business and operational teams to identify financial performance drivers and improvement opportunities
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for management stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• About 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, FP&A or a similar finance role
• Intermediate English for financial reports, documentation and occasional meetings with global teams
