Cook – Aviation & Airport Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our aviation catering team in Bogota. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering high‑quality meals that meet the specific requirements of airline and airport customers, while adhering to strict food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of meals according to standardized recipes and client specifications.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and quality controls from raw material handling to finished product dispatch.
• Control inventory of raw materials, monitor usage against budgets, and manage menu production.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously improve processes and product consistency.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume kitchen, preferably in airline or airport catering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standardized recipe execution.
• Understanding of BPM and food quality procedures.
