About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook (Cocinero) to join our culinary team serving airport and gourmet dining points. The role is part of GCG’s Sky Dining and Airport Dining solutions, delivering high‑quality food and nutrition services to travelers across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks and gourmet items according to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, quality standards and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to support seamless airport dining operations.
