About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cook (Cocinero) to join our culinary team in Bogota. You will work in an industrial kitchen environment, supporting our airport and airline catering operations while ensuring high‑quality meals for travelers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with the catering team to deliver timely service for airport dining and airline meals.
• Assist in menu planning for special diets, including hospital‑style meals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial or large‑scale kitchen settings.
• Familiarity with handling specialized diets, preferably hospital or therapeutic meals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
