About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook (cocinero) to join our culinary team serving airport and sky‑dining locations across Latin America. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment where every dish contributes to a memorable travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak travel periods.
• Monitor inventory, report shortages and assist with stock rotation.
• Contribute ideas for menu improvements and special promotions.
