Corporate Governance Counsel

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Corporate Governance Counsel to ensure compliance with local legislation and keep board members informed of their legal responsibilities. The role supports supervisory and management bodies, providing expert governance advice while representing Revolut in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide autonomous governance support to supervisory and management bodies and their committees.
• Prepare agendas, circulate meeting packs, participate in meetings, draft minutes and track action items.
• Influence and communicate at the executive level to ensure good local governance and alignment across the group.
• Arrange execution of corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions, KYC‑related documents, extracts, forms and applications.
• Assist the Legal team in ensuring compliance of local management, supervisory bodies and committees with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with company registers.
• Deliver high‑impact initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving governance and cross‑functional processes.
• Represent Revolut in Colombia with third parties, including legal registers, notaries and other public institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law with a valid professional license.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, company law and conflict‑of‑interest management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively and draft clear minutes.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian Commercial Code.
