Corporate IT Manager

About the role

Addi is a fast‑growing financial platform in Colombia, looking for a senior leader to own the Corporate IT function. You will ensure reliable, secure technology services for all employees and prevent IT failures that could impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operate a service‑management model with clear intake channels, SLAs, escalation paths and stakeholder communication.
• Build and lead a high‑performing CorpIT team, defining roles, on‑call expectations and development plans.
• Lead hands‑on resolution of complex incidents across networks, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools and critical SaaS platforms.
• Own the CorpIT roadmap, delivering network upgrades, endpoint lifecycle projects, automation and service‑management maturity on time and within budget.
• Maintain resilient corporate infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls) and improve availability through monitoring and capacity planning.
• Manage hardware, software, license and vendor inventories, ensuring security baselines and audit compliance.
• Oversee vendor contracts, budgets and stakeholder relationships, driving cost optimisation without compromising reliability.

Required profile

• 7+ years in Corporate IT, IT operations or infrastructure, with at least 2 years leading teams.
• Proven experience in structured IT service management and incident handling.
• Strong performance‑driven leadership, able to coach, delegate and manage expectations.
• Hands‑on technical depth to guide resolutions without becoming a bottleneck.

Required skills

• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, QoS.
• Network monitoring and alerting (availability, latency, packet loss, capacity).
• IT service‑management practices (incident, request, problem, change, asset, knowledge management).
• ITIL concepts (certification optional).
• Experience with cloud‑managed corporate infrastructure and device management tools.
