Corporate Services Representative – Office Operations

About the role

ISA Foods is looking for a proactive, organized and detail‑oriented Corporate Services Representative to ensure smooth office operations in its Medellín location. The role supports employees and visitors, coordinates vendors, and assists with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG‑SST) under a one‑year fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring workspaces, meeting rooms and common areas are functional and available.
• Manage inventories of supplies, equipment, correspondence and courier services.
• Oversee facility‑related vendors such as cleaning and maintenance, guaranteeing service quality and compliance.
• Provide professional support to employees, visitors and business partners, delivering a positive experience.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding logistics, including workstations, access credentials and welcome kits in collaboration with HR and IT.
• Organise meetings, executive visits, training sessions and corporate events.
• Support implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of the SG‑SST, including inspections, risk prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain compliance records, assist internal and external audits and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Professional or technical degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Administrative Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in office administration, corporate services, facilities coordination or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge or experience supporting an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG‑SST).
• Experience in multinational or corporate environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
