Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & AI Specialist

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design with AI tools to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements, all from a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching for Executive Assistants.
• Create and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources aligned with Viva’s methodology.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent readiness, smooth staffing, and high performance.
• Integrate AI and automation tools into training, coach participants on AI adoption, and develop workflow automations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong communication and engagement skills.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and LMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze data to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
