Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design, coaching, and AI‑driven tools to prepare talent for high‑impact placements with U.S. and Canadian startups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Create and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding, and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations that scale learning and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.
• Data‑driven approach to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and LMS platforms.
