Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will empower talent with the skills and AI knowledge needed to succeed with our U.S. and Canadian startup clients.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Design, build, and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure talent readiness, staffing, and high performance.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Proven ability to use data for insights and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.
