Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design, coaching, and AI‑driven automation to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching for Executive Assistants.
• Create and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assistants are ready, staffed, and performing at a high level.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption, and implement workflow automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership mindset and ability to manage cross‑functional communication.
