Corporate Travel Consultant – Air Operations

About the role

STI Global Group is expanding its Operations team and seeks an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to manage air travel for an international client portfolio. The role focuses on end‑to‑end reservation handling, problem solving, and delivering high‑quality service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, ticket, exchange, cancel and refund air reservations using Sabre and/or Amadeus.
• Interpret fare rules, PNR history and ticket conditions to provide optimal travel options.
• Handle itinerary changes, disruptions and urgent travel requests across GDS, NDC, airline portals and other distribution channels.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, partners and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Professional experience in corporate travel, travel agencies or consolidators.
• Strong knowledge of Sabre and/or Amadeus reservation systems.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Degree or professional training in Tourism, Travel Management or equivalent industry experience.
