Country Marketing Manager

About the role

The Country Marketing Manager will head all marketing activities within the assigned country, ensuring alignment with CFI Financial Group’s global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate national marketing initiatives, aligning them with the company’s global objectives.
• Analyse local market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to central marketing teams.
• Collaborate with central teams to adapt and localise global campaigns for relevance in the local market.
• Manage quality lead flow and support sales targets in partnership with the digital team.
• Ensure all marketing practices comply with local regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Oversee media buying, public relations, and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand presence.
• Plan and manage the local social‑media calendar, production, and content localisation.
• Allocate and control the local marketing budget, monitoring spend efficiency.
• Organise and execute local events, sponsorships, and partner relationships.
• Produce localised marketing assets such as TVCs, radio ads, billboards, and other promotional materials.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead national marketing programmes and align them with global strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and generate insights.
• Good understanding of local marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and central teams.
