CQ Analyst – Product Complaints

About the role

The CQ Analyst will manage product complaint processes for DePuy Synthes LATAM, ensuring compliance with quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory standards. This role supports the transition of Johnson & Johnson's orthopedics business to a standalone company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle product complaint intake, translate event descriptions, and ensure information availability for franchises.
• Send acknowledgment and closure letters to the sales force in the appropriate language.
• Support training for sales teams on complaint processes and assist with Quality Management System reviews.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and assist with non‑conformance investigations related to complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
• Degree in Business Biosciences, Engineering, health‑related discipline, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Fluency in Spanish; English and Portuguese are a plus.
