Creative Director – Lifestyle

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Creative Director for its Lifestyle pod. This senior leader will manage a remote team of strategists, designers and editors, own the creative vision from strategy through post‑production, and act as a player‑coach delivering high‑quality work for top clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pod of creative professionals, handling hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management and retention.
• Provide executive‑level client interaction, explain strategy, and step into hands‑on concepting, design or production for high‑priority accounts.
• Maintain product quality through QA, drive innovation by piloting new tools and AI, and collaborate with R&D and platform partners.
• Oversee capacity planning, staffing alignment and track client churn, acting as escalation point for creative issues.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, with at least 5 years in an agency setting.
• 5+ years of hands‑on expertise across copywriting, design, production, strategy or post‑production.
• 5+ years managing creative teams, including performance management and development planning.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑channel creative campaigns at scale and influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Expert knowledge of creative processes within the marketing funnel.
• Experience with AI tools and digital production platforms (e.g., Power Circuit, Nova ecosystem).
