Creative Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a hybrid strategist‑producer who will both design and execute our marketing content. The role combines editorial strategy, copywriting, graphic design, newsletter production and compliance oversight, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize website copy, landing pages and blog posts using SEO and E‑E‑A‑T principles.
• Create platform‑specific social media copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (including titles, descriptions and YouTube SEO) and community posts.
• Design graphics and visual assets for social channels and the website.
• Build end‑to‑end newsletters in HubSpot or similar tools, handling layout, copy, segmentation and sending.
• Operate email platforms, CMS (WordPress), scheduling tools and basic analytics.
• Produce original, compliant content and route it through attorney review before publishing.
• Maintain a hopeful, credible voice in both Spanish and English, avoiding fear‑based messaging and outcome guarantees.

Required profile

• Portfolio that demonstrates both copywriting and design work.
• Experience with SEO and E‑E‑A‑T‑focused copy.
• Hands‑on proficiency with an email/marketing platform (HubSpot preferred) and a CMS (WordPress a plus).
• Fluency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Comfort working in a compliance‑sensitive, attorney‑reviewed environment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Self‑starter attitude with a willingness to build new processes.
