About the role
Join Gallagher's Art Department as a Creative Project Manager, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing materials. You will coordinate workflows, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality output for the creative team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and track tasks in Workfront, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Schedule meetings, apply standard turnaround times, and ensure briefs, files, and deadlines are complete and clear.
- Maintain quality control through proofreading and archiving, and proactively escalate issues to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with Art Account Managers and resource managers to balance workloads and meet client expectations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong organizational and proactive mindset, able to handle multiple fast‑paced projects.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Workfront (or similar project‑management software).
