Creative Trafficker – Media Associate

About the role

The Creative Trafficker supports our media team by ensuring campaign assets are accurately transferred to our media agency. This entry‑level, remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals eager to start a career in digital media operations.

Key responsibilities

• Populate trafficking spreadsheets by transferring information with high accuracy.
• Identify and flag gaps or inconsistencies in asset information.
• Communicate with internal teams and the media agency to resolve creative asset questions.
• Route billing documents for signature and document asset launches across brands.
• Pull and consolidate basic performance reports.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals with internal teams or vendors.
• Organize files, media libraries, and update project trackers.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Educational background or experience in digital media is a plus.
