Creator Manager (Customer Success)

About the role

CreatorHive is building the leading community for UGC creators and seeks a Customer Success Manager to guide creators through their journey, from onboarding to achieving their biggest wins.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 check‑in calls with a portfolio of 50–100 active students.
• Manage payment plans, account statuses, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify upsell, renewal, and referral opportunities and lead natural conversations around them.
• Monitor engagement signals, flag at‑risk students early, and re‑engage them proactively.
• Track KPIs such as retention rate, student wins, collection rate, and revenue generated, using data to improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong people skills – makes creators feel heard, supported, and motivated.
• Accountability partner – keeps conversations focused and holds creators to commitments.
• Deep understanding of the UGC/creator economy and how brands and creators connect.
• Natural closer – comfortable discussing upsells, renewals, and referrals.
• Highly organized – manages a large portfolio with reliable systems and CRM cadence.
• Resilient and coachable – stays solution‑focused and applies feedback quickly.
